Housing

HHI’s Housing Program was ultimately developed to address

the housing issues and concerns related to women with

children that have one or more of the following issues:

• Homelessness prevention
• Alcohol/Drug recovery
• Ex-offenders in need of re-entry
• Mental health related issues
• Childcare needs and/or
• Developing, acquiring and maintaining life skills
• to survive on their own

HHI is not a low-income housing program,
but is one that will address moderate housing,
educational and career development for women
with children who do not meet the qualification
of low-income housing programs that are currently
in place throughout the City of Phildelphia, Pennsylvania.
