HHI’s goal is to develop and improve career related skills
and abilities for women to become successful in the job market.

Overall, stressing the importance of staying in school and completing
their education by obtaining their level degrees (high school, college,
vocational school, as well as GED classes for adults). HHI Programs
are intended to reduce the drop-out rate of women in the community.

HHI prepares women to enter the workforce, using their education,
work experience, and pre-employment training. In addition
to providing personal development training and support to assist
women with their career interests.
